Listening to you
- We may occasionally ask you for feedback on how we can improve our service to you.
- If you make a complaint, we promise to handle your complaint fairly.
How we get paid
- We can work for you on a fee or commission basis. Any charges will be agreed with you before they are incurred.
- Because we have elected to receive the same rate of commission for all pension and investment products you can be confident that our advice is unbiased.
